Shipping
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. During new collection launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. I carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Free Standard Shipping
I offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $350. Orders under $350 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Need It Faster?
If you need overnight or expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order. I'll do my best to accommodate your request and provide a custom shipping quote.
Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once your package has been shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. While I'm always happy to help however I can, The Antiqued Cowgirl is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you'd like signature confirmation or additional shipping protection, just let me know before your order ships.
• All Sales Are Final:
Many of my pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or available in limited quantities. Because of their unique nature, all sales are final. I hope you love your purchase just as much as I loved creating or selecting it for you.
• Handmade & One of a Kind:
Every handcrafted piece has its own character. Slight variations in stones, color, texture, and finish are natural and make each piece beautifully unique.
• Jewelry Care & Repairs:
My jewelry is made to be worn, loved, and passed down for years to come. To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid water, perfumes, harsh chemicals, and rough wear. If you experience an issue within 12 days of delivery, please reach out. While repairs cannot be guaranteed, I'll gladly review the situation and do my very best to help.
• Sizing Matters:
Please carefully review all sizing information and measurements before placing your order. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selections.
• Right to Refuse Service:
The Antiqued Cowgirl reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions at our discretion in order to maintain a positive experience for both our customers and our business.
